First, you have to number each of your fingers. With your hands palms down, thumbs almost touching, start from the left and call your L. small finger, "one." The L. ring finger is "two," the L. middle finger is "three," etc. until you get to the R. pinky, which is "ten."

Now, to multiply any digit by 9, you simply bend the finger that has that number inward. In other words, if you were to multiply nine by three, you'd bend the "three" (that's the L. middle finger). Bend it inwards, beneath your hand.

We just celebrated Independence Day in the United States and it got me thinking about being independent.  Many of us think we are independent yet we really aren’t.  We are often driven by outside influences, some people refer to them as ‘outside forces’, Firewood Racks Factory that work against us… or so we believe.  Truth be told, we have all the power to be independent right within us.
What does independent mean anyway?  Some other words are:  self-governing, self-determining, self-regulating and my favorite, free.  
How many times have you made a decision based on how it would positively affect those around you?  Think about it.  You believed if you made a certain choice, something you truly wanted to do, that it would upset or inconvenience someone else… so you didn’t.  You didn’t go out to dinner with your girlfriends because your spouse would have to prepare his own dinner on the fly.  You didn’t attend a one-day seminar on a topic that really interested you because your mom wanted you to help clean out her closets that day.  
Is that being independent?  
It’s true, we think we are acting of our own free will but instead we often put our own wants, desires and needs aside to please someone else.  Now I’m not saying for you to stop doing that, what I am bringing to the table is to think about how many times you are acting independently.  
Dependency is sneaky; sometimes we don’t even know we are being that way and falling into the trap.  We think we’re doing something nice for our spouse, our children, our parents, or our friends but then we get annoyed at them because—for goodness sake!—we are doing it for them and they don’t even appreciate what we’re giving up.
When you decide to lose weight for someone other than yourself, you are being dependent.  When you say yes when you want to say no, you are being dependent.  If you truly want to be independent, you must start speaking up and making your needs and wants known.  You will also have to be prepared for someone to get upset with you or inconvenienced.  It’s how it goes.  You can’t please everyone all the time.  
Some very simple (yet not often easy) ways for you to empower yourself are:
1.Say YES when you really want to.2.Say NO when you really want to.3.Don’t be afraid to say NO after you have said YES.
It’s absolutely amazing when you empower yourself, those around you are both inspired and empowered, too.  Don’t you think you deserve that?  Don’t you think your loved ones deserve that?  Absolutely, you all do!  
In the end, the true independence you give yourself will be well worth it.  You will be happy with your life and your decisions.  You will wholeheartedly be there for those you love, while allowing them to become independent also.  Together you will create unity, freedom… and justice for all!

Be smart, play smart, learn the right way to play craps!Ever see a craps table with markings that say "Put Bets Allowed?" Surprisingly, few players understand the Put bet.

A Put bet is a Pass Line bet that you make (or "put" down) after the come-out roll. You typically see it when someone walks up to the table in the middle of a game and wants to play the point number. The player will "put" a bet on the Pass Line after the come-out roll. An Odds bet on the Put bet can then be made, if desired. As we know, a Flat Pass Line bet has a 2:1 advantage before the come-out roll but then has a disadvantage after the come-out. So, with a Put bet, you give up that initial advantage before the come-out roll and immediately accept a disadvantage. That's what makes a Put bet a bad idea, generally. The only time the Put bet makes sense is when the house allows a lot of Odds and you bet a lot of Odds. Unless you're an experienced player and have a big bankroll to put at risk, avoid Put bets. Now, with the maximum Odds allowed, which in this example are 5x, you can add another $25 to your Odds bet bringing your total Odds bet to $50 (i.e., $10 x 5 = $50).

A Put bet can also be a Come bet made without going through the Come bet's come-out roll. (Wow! That was a mouthful.) If a game is already in progress, you can immediately "put" a Come bet with its associated Odds bet. For example, when the stickman still controls the dice in the center of the table and you have the dealer's attention, simply drop the correct amount of chips in the Come area and tell the dealer what you want. Suppose you drop $11 in chips for a Come bet on the 9 with Odds. Simply tell the dealer, "Put me on the Come nine with six dollars in Odds." The dealer moves your chips to the proper spot in the 9 point box and "puts" down a $5 Flat Come bet with $6 in Come Odds.

So you’ve sat down at the kitchen table, wrote some ideas
for an ebook down on paper,
found one you liked and thought “Where do I go from here?” 
The answer is simple, visit
the forums that relate to your subject. Now don’t get all
excited yet young grass hopper,
there’s proper protocol you must follow! You can’t just go
into a forum and copy and
paste the information from other peoples post and call it
your ebook. That’s a big no, no.
“Well than how do I go about it you ask?” How do I get the
information for my ebook
that I need if I can’t just use other peoples knowledge? 
The answer is you can use other
peoples knowledge, but only with permission. When you visit
the forum get a feel for
how everyone posts and the “hot topics”. Read and pay
attention to the hot topics and
note the major complaints of posters (there’s always people
complaining). Approach the
moderator(s) of the forum and ask them for permission to use
their forum to gather the
information needed for your ebook. All they can do is say
no, when you approach them
tell them the idea for your ebook, your real name, address,
and telephone number. The
majority of operators will appreciate your honesty and will
give you permission and may
be willing to help you out even more. Once you get their
blessings, you have a lot of
information that you will be privy too and that you can
actually use. Just talking about
this technique makes me drool and you should be drooling
too. Can’t you feel the
excitement? Close your eyes and think about the huge
opportunites that could open up
for you. Not only will you have more than enough
information to create your original
info product but you should be able to create your backend
product as well. If you have
the information available to you why not get the consumer
from both ends? Your helping
them and their filling your bank account, what more could
you ask? I used this approach
recently with an ebook that I’m creating. Let me explain,
the moderator appreciated my

the moderator or the members. I completely understood where
they were coming from.
The internet is so much different than the offline world, I
find people to be much more
trusting in the offline world. Gaining trust on the
internet is liking asking your dentist not
to cause you any pain, difficult to do unless he puts you
under. Anyways, my first
approach flopped big time. One forum member even replied
“Oh great, another one who
wants to profit from our hardwork.” The forum moderator
contacted me by email and
explained that they “may” be willing to help me if I gave a
little more information about
myself such as where I was from etc. God...I felt like such
a bonehead. I couldn’t fault
him for that though, I explained to him that I was vague on
my posting of personal
information because you never know who’s looking over your
shoulder on the net...such
as hackers. In the end I told him my real name, address,
and phone number. He emailed
me back and said thank-you, he stated he felt much more
comfortable in dealing with me
and gave me permission to use his forum to gather the
information I needed. After
receiving that email from him, I went back to the forum and
felt I needed to defend
myself a little with the one sceptic. I explained very
diplomatically to the poster that he
was entitled to his opinion, but at least I was being honest
about charging for the ebook.
So the moral of the story is honesty is key to using forums
(I was being honest, just
vague...duh!!), introduce yourself properly...not like I did
the first time. From that
mistake I made I learned another valuable lesson when it
comes to using forums, instead
of just emailing the moderator I will now take it one step
further...I will call the
moderator via telephone if possible. When I do complete the
ebook all contributing
members will get a free copy of the e-book and will be
credited with any info they give
me in the book. And the one member that had a problem with
my first post apologized
for his comment and actually is one of the major
contributors of information for the
ebook...go figure eh?
